3 inches in the most persistent lake snows over the far northern
end of the county.

* WHERE...far northern Oswego County.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon. Most of the additional snow
will fall through the early morning hours.

* IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions with
reduced visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the
Tuesday morning commute.

Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling, be
prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
