* WHAT...For the first Winter Weather Advisory, freezing rain
expected. Total ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. For
the second Winter Weather Advisory, lake effect snow and blowing
snow is expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Chenango and Cortland Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 AM EST
Monday. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 7 PM Monday
to 7 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact Monday and Tuesday commutes. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.
