* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches
with locally higher amounts in northwest Chenango County.

* WHERE...Chenango and Otsego Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact travel.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow will be heaviest this
evening and taper down overnight.
