            NWS survey confirms EF1 tornado with winds
            up to 95 mph. It went through the village of
            Waterloo after beginning a few miles
            west-northwest. After a 6.69 mile path, as
            wide as 250 yards, the tornado weakened
            while ending at 832 PM on the north side of
            Seneca Falls.

            NWS survey confirms EF2 tornado with winds
            up to 115 mph. Several barns and
            outbuildings were severely damaged, leveled,
            or even lofted with damage strewn many
            hundreds of yards. A wide swirl imprint
            could be found in crops for much of the
            path, especially corn. Numerous power poles
            were also snapped, especially along Leader
            Road. After a 7.76 mile path, as wide as 200
            yards, the tornado dissipated at 836 PM a
            couple miles south-southwest of Canoga.
