...NWS Meteorologists Are Completing a Storm Survey Near Lake
Quinn in Wayne County Pennsylvania...

The National Weather Service office in Binghamton NY has found
that the tornado near Lake Quinn was an EF0 with 80 mph winds.

A final assessment, including path length and width of the
tornado, is expected to be completed and transmitted via a Public
Information Statement by By 5:30 PM.

The storm survey information will also be available on our
website at https://www.weather.gov/bgm
